KCD Fan Art, part 2

Hello! For a whole week I was doing blocking for my video. To be honest, this was not the first time I worked with 3D, but such work turned out to be interesting, one might say, a novelty. When you make a video with primitive objects and render it without textures, you feel yourself like a Disney animator, who shows the backstage from the project.

Here’s what I did. I tried to link the movement so that the objects inherit the dynamics from the previous scenes. The object transfer its energy to the object in the next shot. The pre-render turned out to be dynamic and calm, in my opinion.

I tried to keep it as simple as possible to show how the composition would look, how the camera and animation would work. I used two 3D scans.

It is funny to learn something new, thank you for your attention!
