Please make it happen. The next consoles will have Ryzen CPUs and i would buy the game again.
Presently the consoles (x and pro) are not vastly stronger than the min pc system requirements.
They are the LOW hardware config to tweak for.
That is why four core pc users get abysmal perf (they are held back by cpu), which is frustrating as most pc games run well on i5 cpu.
Future consoles?
They had better be A LONG way off or the entire consumer world is about to collapse/fold on itself.
Actually Mocrosoft are stupid enough to do it as it would net the profits to declare to the shareholders each quarter.
Xbox x+ is their strategy going forward (more frequent hardware refreshes, where older top tier becomes the new âlow tierâ).
The sooner consumers move away from microsoft the sooner all gamers can get back to THE GAMES.

This is why at e3 a poll of independent studios voted for the platform they would rather create games for. Xbox was last. Pc of course topped the list

Consoles are where the sales are tho.
But not Xbox itâs the slowest selling console and apparently itâs extremely hard to write games for? I mean this poll included mobile phones so Xbox came below mobiles. Ps4 didnât do much better but it explains why Xbox are having problems getting really string exclusives
this year microsoft will bring more modsuport for x box out so i have good hopes for kcd and other games and befor 2021 we not will get a new consol generation
I dont care about exclusives. I believe if u love games you create a game for everyone, not just limit it to one system for money. In the old days there werenât exclusives because they loved games and didnât believe in just going for money.
In the old days there wasnât exclusive because everyone just copied each otherâs games in some cases this included the art work. If 1 system is harder to code for then the others and cost to much to do then that 1 will get less. Like wise Microsoft have extremely complex and stupid dev tools that are crap to use
I find that hard to believe, or that it was a relatively closed/biased survey. Microsoft has just as good a fan base as anything else, they are doing âcross platformâ with PC/Windows 10 and when you partner exclusively with Microsoft they help with the development of your game in exchange for exclusive partnership with Microsoft and a delayed release date for PS. Iâm just saying, especially for small starter companies like WH, teaming up with Microsoft would be the way to go. State of Decay launched as an arcade game, got a huge fan base, teamed with Microsoft and made SoD2 release to Xbox and PC before PS. Seems like a good deal to me
also, PSN is a cespool and they give no fucks about your security. Microsoft can be dicks, but at least I dont feel like my information is unsafe. I know you are not saying PS is great or anyting Iâm just saying lol. Iâd like to get a computer at some point but I have so many old games and time/money invested in Microsoft Iâm waiting for them to just officially turn the Xbox into a PC, which consoles basically are already

That was the order game devs rated the systems. Not on power or performance but on what they would like to make games for.

Switch is cuz itâs new, Nintendo is garbage. Mobile, A. I wouldnât call it a console but itâs not your fault it is considered here, and B. I would say because itâs easier to sell a pay to win game on mobile than console without player backlash and that is what everyone wants to do with a game now is make it pay to win. Honestly itâs not worth looking up to me, I believe you and I believe what I just said to be true as well.
I think it was more to do with ease of use. The switch us extremely good for Indy devs. Nintendo has been since the switch. Very simple to code and write and huge support for any devs from Nintendo. Microsoft while they help they want the exclusives and a lot of devs donât want to be tied into a machine like Microsoft is. If you let them they will destroy a small studio
when legit games come out on phones and they look good and play well and arenât pay to win that will be the end of consoles and maybe even PC. Get a portable charger and eventually a splitter for maybe an external hard drive and youâll be set. People made crazy cases to hold chargers for Pokemon GO so itâs a matter of time before a phone becomes a legit mobile console and, again, ends everyone else.

Long term anyway, PC will be hard to take out. Iâm really more into good VR becoming mainstream. This game in VR, pfft Iâd never leave my house again
