Kickstarter@warhorsestudios.cz does not appear to be working

Got your message today saying to register and send an email to kickstarter@warhorsestudios.cz if we registered with a different email address than the one we used on Kickstarter. Just sent an email and it was returned saying:

Doručení těmto příjemcům nebo skupinám se nezdařilo:
Vaši zprávu nelze doručit, protože doručování zpráv na tuto adresu není povoleno.

To which I said, “I don’t understand one f&$%# word of this.” With some czech-fu courtesy of Google, it’s saying delivery to the email address failed.

So… where should we send an email to?

If I was you I would wait. They only recently sent that e-mail to all 35k backers via Kickstarter and I’m sure pretty much all of them will be e-mailing Warhorse. Their poor little Pony of a mail program might be struggling under the weight of all those e-mails.

It’s only a forum title that doesn’t get you a lot of anything to be honest. I’m still waiting for my Viscount and will remain to do so until then I’m not bothered at all.

I think they have a rouncey of an e-mail server. Maybe they need the destrier upgrade.

Did you give them at least 3 days of waiting time? I’ve heard of people who only had an answer after 2 weeks. You’re probably better off being patient.

I sent them an email and got the same error message, but given how I do actually use two different email addresses I thought I’d let WH know ASAP to avoid any confusion. I also pm’d them here just in case. (in retrospect I should have waited to send an email but I got worried azedrdfghghj)

Email doesn’t work for me either… but yeah… no hurry for my Soldier tag lol.

I only just got mine fixed, but did get a message from Warhorse letting me know it was so.

So be patient young one, and do not be discouraged :wink:
