Kingdom come game Breaking glitch

Im playing on ps4 and im trying to do the quest called “nest of vipers” and I have to go talk to sir divish of talmberg for reinforcements but the gate is closed and I don’t know how to get passed it. Someone please help

I have the same problem. No way how complete the quest with white horse etc.
