When I first bought Kingdom Come deliverance I expected to get something in return. I knew that I would encounter some bugs in the game but when the main quest in this game breaks early on is not a good sign.
I tried to contact the warhorse studios support line and i have no clue if the “Support line” was meant as a joke. I get no detail about my request, I waited two weeks for any answers so I went to my ticket to to ask about any news. “We are working on it” is the reply I get when I saw them closing my ticket.
well, they sold around a million copies and they have what, 150 people working at the studio in total and I guess very few of them actually are support but are working on the game itself.
You could watch or find some reviewers of the game so you know what you’re buying.
And what are the reviews and videos of the game going to tell him about their support line?
Sorry I disagree, Not Terrible…Just really, really busy. Remember they’re a very small team for such a large game, RPG at that. I feel they are doing a great job by pushing out patches almost every week. Just my humble opinion.
They’re going to say how many copies of the game sold, how many game breaking bugs there are for most major events in the main story and many other things, the size of war horse studio and that if you care about those things its better to wait buying the game.
So from a review or two you can decide on if its worth it or not depending on what kind of player you are.
When you buy a car/tv/washing machine, random appliance its not uncommon that the buyer gets some information about the product and manufacturer, same thing should be done when buying a game nowadays, you do best looking into things and then make the decision, responsibility isnt one sided
Disagree! When I reported a bug to them, I got answer about couple hours later. Maybe they are very busy to do and test patches and got a lot of e-mails too?
