I’m not sure if anyone else has heard but this got me thinking.
On the trip back to Talmberg from killing some Cuman camps thru town I overheard the local Tanner and a villager talking. The Tanner was talking about how someone has been visiting Lady Stephanie in her chambers and such. Has anyone else heard this too? Do the local towns people know?!
Oh, I bet they know everything! 
I heard other thing, not this yet, will check.
When I heard them mentioning lady Stephanie’s name I had to stop and listen. I was surprised it even got out to the villagers.
You should go to the lady and tell her about this, she’ll want to know.
I don’t know if this is possible, but sometimes people have dialogue options to talk about things you can only know by listening in on private conversations.
I’ll have to talk to her and see if there is an dialogue option then.
