I haven’t played in awhile and now my launcher will not update. How do I fix?

I have the same problem, but I can’t find any link to download the newset version of the client on my Profile Side, even if it says that I’m logged on. What should I do?

There is no Tier assigned to your profile. Can you PM me please about the email you used back in the time of our Kickstarter campaign? I assume that you are a Kickstarter backer?
