Leaving Talmberg

Hello all,
Trying to leave Talmberg, the merchant does not appear where he should do or any where else, lock picking is not an option. I stole the Armour approached the guard convinced him to let me leave but the gate did not open.

I read that it has some thing to do with the original patch and the new one. I have just purchased the game, the updates automatically downloaded. I have also deleted all the saves but that made no difference. I tried jumping from the bridge but a guard caught me, twice, I have an option to bribe but that is some thing I want to avoid.

I really do not want to start the game over, if I do whats to say I will not have the same issue?

If any one could offer some help i’d be grateful.

I am playing on the PS4 pro

did you talk to the mistress before trying to get out wearing armor?

crouch under the chain on the draw bridge, drop down, and run as fast as you can

janfo, I did and got some coins, made no difference though.

she should give you the idea to dress as guard
then you can come back to her and ask her if you look like a guard
dont you have these dialogue options?

I went through that dialogue with her, went to the guard and convinced him to let me out, but he does not ask for the gate to raised.

hm that sounds like a bug…
you can send a bugreport to support@kingdomcomerpg.com
there are several dialogue options with the guard, too… maybe one of them will work or you leave talmberg by jumping off the bridge, just be stealthy so the guards wont see you. Maybe you can try to reload to see if it works

In the end I jumped off the bridge, not as I wanted to play it but it got me out which is the main thing. Thanks again.
