Lethean Water (Respec potion) & Takedown Perk Bug

Greetings,

I’m a new player and i was wandering if the bug where Lethean Water resets the stealth perk ‘Takedown’ and doesn’t refund the perk point was fixed in the a patch 1.6 for PC. It’s a big problem since leaves you a perk short in stealth.

Yep it’s still in the game and it doesn’t seem like it’s going away any time soon.

Fix this bug, this is literally game breaking without using cheats.
