Hey, just thought I would make a Topic where people could discuss the game as it stands now and in the future, What is your guys’s opinion on the game, what was your favourite quest? Who’s your favourite character? What do you think patch 1.7 will bring in terms of customisation and end game content? I cant wait to hear your thoughts!

Interesting one was finding out about fake coins and bandits hideout while following some foreign guy, another nice was to investigate why workers at the monastery want more for work, who created drama around it and how it all envelopes piece by piece.
Captain Bernard is the best, he is exactly the guy for training and he treats you all the same way until the end while Hans Capon is interesting too, especially so many quests related to him. I don’t think of end game content… DLC is supposed to be in the middle and I have a chance to replay it and dust off my non combat skills since slaughtering all enemies approach is easy, especially after 100 hours of playing it.

Great game. No real favorite character, but Pachek is an interesting one. Quests, the monastery quest is the most innovative and interesting quest (IMHO). I just look forward to depth of characters and side quests.

I agree with you on bernard he treats everyone the same no matter what, personally one of my favourite quest is the monastery dont get me wrong its tedious as **** but im a role playing type of guy so killing everyone in the monastery without anyone noticing was satisfying lol, Also just becoming a monk out of nowhere was quite amusing.
however the quest i really love is when you drink with father in uzhitz damn thats good, i wish there was a romance option with that barmaid after the quest lol cause i would’ve totally gone for that!

KCD is innovative, well-written (engaging characters/script), conceptually well designed (having a wide variety of interactions/play elements), well voice acted, and very entertaining . KCD is also a flawed game, and the putative rush to market (as the reason for the flaws) can now arguably be said to be a big fat red herring.
winning GOTY will earn brownie points for WH. if it comes to pass, hope WH redeems the brownie points for game improvements.
