Lets Sort Out These Bugs WAW!

Hi There,

Finally bought this game after much reading into, had it for a few days and already having huge problems.

  • You cannot be a good Thief or attempt to be a thief If your reputation is affected anyway, we should not be affected if we are not caught, the guard carrying out checks is fine but shouldn’t affect game play
    -Playing the game by the book, you will find simply hunting rabbits or any other animal out in the wild food comes up as robbed, again your reputation is affected and what you have hunted is sold through millers for peanuts
    -Having bad reputation affects the whole game specially for new starters, reputation itself is ridiculously hard to gain within the cities, this means you will pay every person including traders 200 coins before going any further (pointless)
    -Archery range contests does not improve archery at all(pointless) but this is a good way to try and earn coin to pay every person off in the city (ridiculous)
    -Im currently stuck in game currently stables are burnt I cannot upgrade sword fighting skills since the guy you train with stands in the stables day in day out!
  • Cities crash when riding a horse through them specially on Xbox One (try it)
    -I have hunted loads since this seems the only decent way to earn good coin to upgrade Armour swords etc etc, the reputation is killing me off!!! I cannot sell the meat nor can I make funds since i am consistently paying every person i talk to in ratty 200 coins

PLEASE SORT THIS OUT BEFORE WE ALL GO BACK TO SKYRIM

Cheers Erik, Not really that interested in reading through all problems to match it with mine since there is an abundance or should I say thousands of issues.

I have spent cash to play along with the rest, which is cash invested small or large towards the developers, so let them see multiple on multiple bug related posts, all this needs sorting out and we have no answers???, only had the game 3 days its shocking.

It seems you have problems with grasping the basics of gameplay. Maybe nobody told you yet,but

  1. Poaching is a crime
  2. Trying to sell poached meet to honest traders is a crime
  3. Being caught while thieving is a crime
  4. Trying to sell or being caught with stolen goods is a crime.
    Nobody likes criminals. And in your case convicted one and not very smart. Thats why your reputation is in ruins.
    There are many ways how to earn tens of thousands of groschen legaly. Just open your eyes. Bernard is staying in Neuhoff stables because you are ignoring the task he gave you. Open your ears as well and listen to what people are telling you. Moreover if you are under their command.

If you want a quick way to fix your reputation, travel to the Monastery at Sassau… Purchase a monks robe and put it on… you must sell all of your equipment at the blacksmith outside the monastery. Then, walk (it’s very important to not use fast travel) to each of the major cities counter clockwise around the map, stopping to pray at each church. Then, when you finally reach Samopesh, walk straight to Ledetchko in the center of the map. There, you must have yourself cleansed at the bathhouse. At this point, your reputation should be at least 75% in all the cities.

Okay done everything you have stated above, still have problems, reputation as not moved from a score of 20 running over several days, carrying out tasks for locals (still do not know how to pay beggars/ do not really need to as reputation is good with skalitz) I cannot speak to anyone without paying 210 coins (every person) I have stopped hunting all together and instead attempted to over pay when it comes to trading to try and claw up reputation.

Games still Glitchy as hell within rattay itself, Im simply earning coin through the archery contest and Still cannot move Bernard as I am forerver searching for radzig which I cannot find within all parts of rattay (castle was main area of search)

So Yes im forever doing the same thing day in day out! (This Monk theory above I wont even attempt sounds like a waste of time or a sarcastic response to my post given the fact walking around the whole map weaponless would take a few days in real time or result in death from bandits) Pointless

YES! The birds to catch for the hunter, locating family for woman with the executioner, over paid at various traders within Rattay and surrounding millers, still cannot figure out how to pay towards beggars, and just completed the mission within bath house with the young lord.

I still cannot find radzig to at least release bernard from the stables so yes im currently in running in circles archery and searching for radzig!

Bernard will go back as soon as you complete your quest. After all that poaching and thieving it might be better to start a new game but play as a good guy. If you steal something, you better do it when no one is watching you, your reputation will not drop then.

Real Hawk - better response then the others so thanks, since im still early in the game may be a better idea then some of these members share ahaha the Monk one is hilarious, cheers

Radzig? Did you ever see him past cutscene at Talmberg?

Wgen you first approach Rattay- the guards on duty deny entrance- we have to talk our way in (honour and informing Radzig),… did you follow games instructions?

If not, try going through the ‘lower castle’… the one next to the beggars area when entering Rattay from the west.
