It constantly displays “Surrender (LB+A)” Even when im not wanted. This is literally preventing me from saving my game besides me wasting my already little greschens on a bath house or saviour schnapps. Grest game with lots of potential, but sooo broken. Please fix these bugs within the patch you guys promised, or i will have to sadly ask for my money back. shame because i see such great potential in this could-be great RPG.

You can sleep on any ground level bed luckily, there is a couple right out Rattay by the tents, also they are everywhere in barns and campsites. They look like little hay sandboxes sometimes. Be careful though as not all of them save your game.

The only thing i can suggest is closing the game and starting back up. It seems to fix some of the game breaking bugs. I made a new save and the beggining sword lesson teacher kept attacking me as soon as i went near him and wouldnt let me surrender, by then the guards joined in and destroyed me. Reloading saves didnt work until i closed the game.

Did you purchase the game digitally or physical on either PC or console? If you ordered through the console store digitally, then you can’t get a refund. It’s their policy, not Warhorse’s. But these bugs are being fixed, not to worry.

Im sure they will fix it, im just surprised so many things sneaked past them especially from deep silvers help. Like i cant even fight indoors because my guys weapon gets stuck on the door if i try to leave and all hell breaks loose for your character in combat if you dont lock on 
And do you guys know which cots/floorbeds will save my game?? Ive tried a couple of them and ive had no luck so far…
Sleeping for one hour or so, won’t save the game I am told. Has to be more than 5 hours.

Yea 5iron i tried loading a save but the nearest save without the surrender button stuck is legit like 2-3 hours back of gameplay and theres no way im redoing that boring prologue lmao
when it tell you to surrender it doesnt matter if your waned sometimes the guards just want to search you for security reason see if you have a stolen item if u dont agree then u have something to hide and u become wnated
This has happened every now and then, the players reputation has plummeted and now the guards will always search you each time something wrong has happened. Not sure if in your case it’s a bug.
But when im not near people it shouldnt matter if im surrendering or nor because theres no one i have to surrender too, hence why its supposed to only pop up when NPC’s say something, and i know about the random search thing but this occured from me being wanted, then i mustve fast traveled or saved my game when the surrender buttons are there and now it prevents me from pressing a on pretty much anything that isnt a main prop (i.e doors, lootings, speech) but if i were to sit down and press a on something or lay down and press a it doesnt work. Ive also tried getting re-arrested so i could manuallt surrender but it just stayed there and i lost 50 gold lol
That’s not true, I sleep for an hour all the time just to save. I know for a fact the floorbeds outside Rattay gate save, there is one in the shed across the hall from your regular bed in Talmberg that saves. The ones I know that usually save are the ones that aren’t in trespass zones or peoples owned houses.
Try stealing an item in public then paying for it. This fixed the bug for me. It only cost me a negligible 60 groschen and a small loss of face (both of which will be earned right back, am I right?). Now Henry can sleep again, the joy, the sweet bliss of a hard-earned slumber!
