So this bug was apparent to me when I started the nest of the viper quest when I started dying constantly, and every time I died, my save wouldn’t matter because it would always corrupt the save, this only happened when I drank the potion and not when I went to sleep, does this happen to any other PS4 user, or am I doing something wrong?
Had it on my xbox, the way I fixed it was powering it down completely (hard shutdown) and rebooting it
