Just started for me tonight in Sasau but lock picking has become bugged. I get the golden circle sweet spot but the lock will only rotate about a quarter of the way and then stop. The picks don’t break but I also can’t open the lock. All locks are doing this for me now. Anyone else having this issue and if so, know a fix?

By “All locks are doing this for me now.”, do you mean no matter where you are in the world or is it doing this only in Sasau?
Also, on what platform are you playing the game on and did you try reloading a previous save to see if it does it too?

On PS4 and yep all locks are now doing this. Reloaded the save before to no avail.
Same issue on Xbox one. I can only turn lock by a quarter or less. Lockpicks do not break when you start turning off the sweet spot. I can only open locks with master thief perk. Otherwise I does not work.
I’m also having this issue on the Xbox One. Came back after along time for the DLC I can’t turn the locks no more than half way…
I decided to go back and try again… It’s backwards… as in go counterclockwise!
i got the excact same issue. I was in the second town after the raid. I needed to loot a chest to get armor. First try i went to jail so i reloaded and bought the lockpick. Then saved by sleeping. Suddenly i was unable to lockpick anything. The yellow indicator did not show up, reloaded the save, same issue. All the chest i tried did not have the yellow marker. i went to the forums and saw this post, and the post telling to ugrade the videodrivers first. This had resolved the issue for me. I hope it will for you too!
