What the heck did you make lock picking impossible even after your update ? Have you tried this on a ps4 controller ? Once you get 1/4 of the way around with the left stick it won’t move anymore. I am handy capped and have only partial use of my right hand. It is impossible for me to use lock picks ! You said it would be easier with the update and it’s not ! Why not look at a game like Skyrim and use the same thing ? I can almost guarantee everyone that punched this game has played Skyrim. Why in the world would you make this so hard ? Games need to start coming with warnings about things like this so we don’t waste money.

Lockpicking is a little bit hard now. Even i can lockpick a very hard chest with under 3 sec in the older patch. I’m on xbox one x btw.
Please lock this 1000000th post about the difficulty in lockpicking

PS4 user too. I am having as similar issue myself. Prior to the 1.3 patch I was able to lockpick very easy chests with lots of practice; although it was only two because I figured I would wait on the new patch. Now with 1.3 I have the same issue… around 1/4 into the turn it just locks on me. This locking up 1/4 into my turn did not happen prior to 1.3. I am still on the fence if there is a new bug on Ps4 regarding this or if I am just that bad. I like a good challenge and was looking forward to really learning the skill, but this issue has just made me throw my hands in the air and give up trying to lockpicking until the 1.4 patch.

This doesnt sound normal to me… the lock shouldnt stop when youre 1/4in
I dont have a console but thats most likely not what is supposed to happen
you also said it wasnt like this before so I’d assume its a bug.

Slow and methodical does not work on a controller. Just go as fast as you can. 10000x easier
