So how exactly am I supposed to pick up those items? When I come to the presbytery I can talk to the priest, but he has no option to ask about those items. If I try to go inside I’m marked as trespassing and both chests are locked. I don’t think I’m supposed to break in…
@ilya1502 snuck in during the day when the NPCs were out and about. lockpicked and got goods. 
yes, it was trespassing 
drove me crazy to try and guess where the chest was… until i used the mark active quest feature
