These quests are supposed to be in Sasau, but the icons aren’t appearing anywhere’s on the map. I’ve tried relaunching the game and verifying the integrity of the game cache.
I’m having this problem too, they were working just fine but now none of them are showing. I’m trying to complete the breaking into the bandit camp but I have no icons showing me where it is anymore.
I had the same problem and fixed it by:
1 - Uninstalling all other mods I had other than: “Unlimited saving” and “Unlimited weight”
2 - Verifying Game Cache
3 -Load game - complete part of the quest until it asks you to “Continue the investigation in the Overseer’s office”

(However, I believe that it is just part of this specific quest as it does not want to show you the answers, therefore you must talk to people such as blacksmiths, traders, innkeepers etc. in order to find out more information about the Copper Sheets and Quicksilver. CONCLUDING: I think that only doing the 3rd step will work)
That´s not a bug. Sometimes there are not spots marked on the map. If there´s an A or B in the flag then there should be a marker on the map. But if the flag is empty like it´s in your case then there´s no marker. It would make the game to easy if every quest has a marker because all you would need to to is run after the markers and after a while that would be lame. In the first picture it says “Find out who in sasau works with copper”. So where should you go… 
hmm. Maybe to Skalitz? Or Neuhof? Oooooor maybe to sasau as the quest said 
In sasau you can ask anybody and they will give you the next hint.
