What is lowest value for repair etc?
Because I have skill 20, bought normal and master kits, still cant repair items in orange and red numbers (55 durab and lower +/-). So is there more kits or something else or we just can repair items with durability lower than 55 by kits?

So you have a skill level of 20 on maintenance and can’t repair items under 50%? I don’t remember what level I’m at but I can usually repair things down to 55-60% with both small and large repair kits. I’ve had to go to the Tailor or armorer to repair anything below that. There might be a level cap you have to reach before you can repair everything. I know for lockpicking I had to get to lvl 12 before I could attempt very hard chests or doors, my first guess is this is something similar but if you’ve leveled up to 20 I have no idea
Skill is max, so maybe main lvl, but I doubt it, because description says its unimportant thing. Well maybe I need loot things after I reached lvl 20, because I took it from chest at home. Well gonna try it tomorrow, but thanks for reply, probably is just bugged, if you can repair with lower skill and I cant with 20. 
Yeah if you’re up to lvl 20 in repair either they just put a cap where you can’t repair anything below 50 to encourage you to stay on top of that armor and stuff, or it’s bugged. It does seem to change around too, it seems like at one point earlier in the game I tried to get the Rattay armorer to repair a decent piece of mail that was at maybe 10-20% and he said it was too low to fix. But i recently took some <5% items to a tailor and he repaired it all wihtout a problem. Maybe some of the craftsmen also have caps on what they repair or it is dependent on your main lvl.
