Hello, I have a problem with perk “manly odour”, even if I’m dirty it doesn’t work. Or what are the specific conditions to fulfill in order to get this bonus?
apparently there is a thing where when you unlock a perk a message pops up that says “failed to learn” or something like that. I took a perk in maintenance and when I took it I didnt get my buff; maybe look into that.
I don’t think that’s my case. Nothing like that hadn’t poped up in my case. It seems like it’s active (it is coloured yellow) but it does nothing…
Go to inventory menu and tab over to active buffs/debuffs. The skill turning gold just means you took the point in that skill
Yes, I know, I’ve learned this perk but it is not worknig.
What I’m saying is it happened to me too, I took a perk and I didn’t get the perk…but mine gave me a message saying I failed to learn it and you’re saying yours didn’t, that’s the difference. Either way, idk man 
I’m going to report it as a bug then
