So I have found the big bandit camp at Pribyslavice and looked around a little. By coincidence I found probably the best spot to stand at and this is what happened 
end result:
They just couldn’t find a path to get to me, so I shot them all 
Rarely someone came through so I killed him and took his bardiche which was pretty fun also because that weapon is super strong.
This place seems to be perfect for leveling up bow skill
