Hi, can someone tell me how do I get the FULL item worth price, I have lot of stuff that are worth like 600/700 but they only give a fraction of that , whats the use in telling us how much a thing is worth ,if the merchants only give you a quarter of what its worth, so how can I get full price for items? Thanks in advance
Speech, merchant reputation, item condition and haggling will determine the price you sell it for.

Short answer is that you don’t. Merchants have to resell so they cannot stay in business giving you 100% value.
If you do want to pile up the loot sell some to different merchants. That seeds them such that they have more money, often by the next day. Go out and kill more bandits, loot them and sell more. You will be swimming in Groschen before you know it. It will not be full price but even so, you will soon be the richest man in Bohemia.
TBH my problem is the opposite I actually severely nerf myself (do not resell looted equipment) just to try to keep it interesting. I would love it if the merchants turned me down and told me they could not possibly sell another suit of Milanese Brigandine. The only thing that really costs is Pribyslavitz. Besides that a horse is the most expensive thing and they are only a few K.
