Messed up recipient address

Greetings my fellow time travellers,

as you could imagine by the title, I am one of those - hopefully a minority - who is still waiting for his backers reward.
Sadly something went wrong with my address which I added a long time ago on my profile page. DHL tried to deliver my parcel yesterday, but were unable to do so, because of a missing part of my address. Particularly after talking with DHL support they never received my full address, however only street name and no house number. Maybe my address is too long for their system?
So, long story short: I contacted KD:Cs support and then for 35 hours no response. Yes, I know it is release week and they pretty sure have to do a lot. My ticket number is 8404 and I am wondering is this just one day number or since monday? Just to know when I can expect an answer.
Do you have as well a problem with your address?

Edit: For 3 days not a single reply of KCs support. That is a bit weak in my opinion regardless of whether they are very occupied with other reports or not. Parcel has been send back to Prague. Hope they will find out that at least one parcel did not arrived on its destination.

I would guess it is the 8404th ticket since 2014
