I’m not sure if this is a bug, but every time I try and approach Milan he runs away and my reputation drops. No matter how long I’m away from Rattay, he’s always around the market square and if I get to close to him, he runs and reputation drops further.
Henry vs. Milan: Round 1
My first attempt fighting him I ran after him through the upper entrance and finally a ways after the inn, I tackled him, waited for him to regain consciousness and he took off running again. At this point, Milan was starting to piss me off a little so I tackled a second time, stole all of his clothes and once he woke up I chased him almost to Neuhof on horse back. It probably looked like a lover’s spat to the wayfarer we passed. 
Milan might not be around too much longer…
