Dose anyone know how many times Miller peshek will teach you how to lock-pick? or where else can i get more lock-picks?

Complete the first 1-2 quests for Miller and he’ll start selling them to you for a moderate price.
If you don’t have any lockpicks and you haven’t completed the quest where you need them, you can also solve the ordeal with gold.
Sorry for being vague, just trying to avoid spoilers 
Thanks…I cant get the ring as i need lock-picks and i don’t have any money (same as the real world)…ill try look in all the towns…
Kill some bandits and sell their loot, go hunting and sell the meat (after it has lost its “stolen” status) to get some money.
