Hello, i have a friend that wish to play KCD, but his PC doesn’t reach the minimum requirement: he has a 550 Ti Geforce and just 4 G RAM. Furthermore, he has got a i5 CPU at 3G clock. Are they enough to play at minimum detail or i must tell him don’t buy the game? Right now he cannot afford new PC components.
My friend doesn’t speak english so i ask it for him.
The 550 Ti only has 192 CC… I was getting about 20 something fps on average when I was using my laptop with only one of the cards working (until I changed SLI profile) and each of my cards (755m) has twice the CC count. I would skip it until he upgrades. I mean, you can get a second hand GTX 660 or 660TI for pretty cheap nowadays and those will run this game no problem. If he gets that and 4GB extra of ram he can play this game. His CPU is a quad core should be enough (though this game is CPU heavy).
Ok, so i assume with that config he could have at best 15-20 fps and all at low details. No way. Tomorrow (EU time) i will tell him. And you’re right: i searched for a SH 660 Ti and i saw he can buy one for 60-70 €. Thank you 
I was getting 20 fps on all low details. Yeah, a 660ti will play this game on medium or even with high textures and model geometry on 1080p.

I saw a couple of 750 Ti 2Gb for 75 €. I dunno exactly how much he could pay but i will tell him. Thanx again
