When I enter town especially Ratta The guards automatically Want to search me if I don’t let them half the time they attack and I can’t surrender and the longer this goes on the more gyards show up then when I can finally surrender i pay Or use whatever option I can to get out of it as soon as it’s done I get attacked immediately by other guards until I run out of town and wait and come back this is this happening to anyone else
The only thing I can tell you is try punching a guard and go to jail. Do your time and see if it stops. Also try wearing different clothes with more charisma when you go to town. Dark clothes make the guards suspicious of you.
Also, it might be because of your reputation. Go to the inventory, click the “Player” page and click the “Reputation” tab and check your score with the Rattay guards and the people. If it’s low, they will hate you and try to attack you. If not, then it is indeed a bug or something else.

One time I got on my horse next to Rattay armorsmith. Game said I killed a guard. Mayhem broke lose.
That’s most likely the cause. Most likely a glitch. (Unless you accidentally stealth killed a guard during the night and didn’t see the guard’s name)
Sometimes hitting a guard with a horse instantly kills them, even if it’s a mild tap. Had one walk into my horse as I was turning, and he bit it. Perhaps they’re at 1 hp or something.
Think the horse is the reason I have citizen kills 
i’ve never attacked or even stolen from any townsperson, vendor, refugee or wayfarer NPC and yet I have 30 citizen kills

happen once to me too. I reload the save before. I never did figure out what I did.
I was just sitting on my horse, not moving. A guard walked through my horse, and yelled at me while at the horse’s shoulder, and again and the horse’s rear, to watch where I was going. I did 10 days in jail for crippling someone because of it.
They see you as their bitch. Just accept it.
It is always your fault even if you are still. Going through town I get the stutters and hit people all the time.
They seem to wait until I am there then turn into my path. My rep stays low in Sasau and I think that is the reason.
Yeah, while I do think the reputation system is cool and all, it can get screwed over pretty fast. Sometimes when I’m riding at full speed into somewhere and the NPCs haven’t loaded I’ll hit them somehow and my reputation lowers by like 10. I got the perk that makes my rep raise fast for that reason. Until they fix it, I don’t think there’s any way to avoid it unless you go super slow when in a town.
