Hello.
I am totally new into modding and I wanted to know if somebody is around here, who can tell me what programmes the current modders are using and if it’s difficult to use or to mod succcessfully with litte to no experience in modding.

Thanks for any advice or answer.

I am thinking of creating a new armor as mod.
Equipable and on Henry visible daggers.
etc etc…

All you really need to mod files is 7zip. A file comparison program like WinMerge is very useful. Textures are more complicated (and there are issues with them working correctly since the last patch). If you want to do textures there are some articles and guides on Nexus that will help.
