for the moment i am at the mainquest, where i have to enter the monastery as a monk.
If i want to join i should give away all my stuff! My question is, can i get it back?
Or how can i avoid loosing everything?

Yes you cna get it back, all of your shit will be stored in a box in the room next to the gate and is retreivable…
Keep a dagger on yourself however so you can assasinate the target if you plan to do that.
Yes this is possible. But if you forget near the end of the quest to get them back you have to sneak back it.
This can be bugged. I’d put your stuff in the chest In a rented room at a lodging or at the mill near Rattay.
Or as I have, on my horse.

Small hint, if you decide to put it in your box before going to the monastery keep it in there for a while.
This is by far most frustrating, and boring quest line so far in my opinion… I spent 4 hours doing boring/ menial tasks, and following a schedule, then reloading saves because i screwed up so much and kept getting caught doing sneaky stuff… I would have loved to complete everything, but I got super annoyed, and just decided to assassinate the guy and took off… I guess I’d make a horrible monk! lol!!!
