So i got to the Money For Old Rope quest. I’m able to do pretty much everything with no problem. I can sabotage the tongs, the rope, and the sword and Henry has something to say after they’re all done correctly, but when i go to return the sword back into the chest, he doesn’t say anything, it doesn’t trigger, it still says to sabotage it, and when i go back to the executioner to finish the quest and watch the execution, he doesn’t have any issue with his sword. Then after the quest, he says that he wished everything had gone wrong, not just some of it as if the sword was in perfect condition. Has anyone else had this problem or know how to fix it?
Did you steal the right sword? Did you return it to the same chest? Did you damage it properly on the sharpening wheel (make sure it has 0-30% condition)? Yes, Henry should make some comment about it and it also change the record in quest log, when it’s done right.

It was the right sword. The executioners sword in the chest in the tent closest to the shed. I did not check the 0-30% though. I may try that and see if it’ll work. Thank you.

That did the trick. Got it down to 3% and everything triggered Once I returned it
