More PR for this game?

I just found out about this game 5 months ago, and I’ve got the impression that a lot of people just recently found out about it. I think it could become a really great game and it deserves much more attention!

Maybe you guys could make a bit more PR, now that the game release is right around the corner?

For sure. I’m also following as long. I’m expecting great advertising since it’s 40 days to go.

I hope Warhorse left some cash aside for a good marketing campaign before release in order to increase hype, thats extremly important these days.

Other than that, each and everyone of this community can help by talking about this game on reddit, youtube, 4chan etc etc. Also everyone in any kind of medieval and fantasy-oriented forum on the internet should have heard at least once about K:CD.

Although Daniel said that they don’t believe in hype I think that hype isn’t bad in the last days before release.

Here is a little question about what platform or whether you are buying this game:

I am glad this game isn’t that well known outside a small community.

From early previews we have seen that even ‘open-minded’ press have a hard time understanding the game and why the game plays the way it does.

Look at the comment sections of the last few gameplay video’s they have released. A lot of negativity. Certain points are valid, like animations and lip sync. But people complaining about shit combat or story are excactly the reason we don’t need more pr.
If a new game isn’t flashy like COD, people will have a hard time to accept anything else.
We don’t need those ‘fans’ or customers complaing and perhaps even changing the game Warhorse wants to make.

The question is can the devs make enough revenue out of a small niche market in order to have the funds to make the next games significantly better

There is always the crowdfunding option. I would be gladly fund the next game or even data disks (no not the one with the promised stretch goals but others  )

We will see whether it’s a niche market within the upcoming months. Maybe it isn’t a niche market.

My hope is to get large parts of the skyrim and witcher playerbase over to KC:D (which seems to be working well as of now)
