Moved beta to new laptop, cannot login

Hi team,

I bought the beta access and was enjoying the game and visuals, but I upgraded to a new laptop with a GTX1080 and I was hoping to see all the new engine features on a top-end machine.

However after copying the game files to my C: drive I can run the launcher ok, but it asks for login credentials.

Problem is, my email archive does not show any purchase confirmation or account details at all, so I can’t login. Is there any way I can trigger a lost password dialog so I can re-validate my account?

I changed my password to access the forum and that works fine, but is this different to the game client? I am not using any special characters, only numerals and letters.

No, I can’t use these forum login credentials to login at http://www.kingdomcomerpg.com/

I just logged out and back into this forum account using the new password I generated half an hour ago, but those credentials are not working on the gamelauncher client app or http://www.kingdomcomerpg.com/

Yes, I know, forum is different login from www.KingdomComeRPG.com but your profile on www.KingdomComeRPG.com is the same login as the Launcher. Thats why I asked.
Do you know under which user you registered on www.KingdomComeRPG.com? Or which email you used? I can neither find your profile with koorby, nor with the email you used here on the forum.
But you must have a profile, as you already used it before to download the Launcher.
You can send me a PM about the email, so you don´t have to post it here in public.

OK found the problem, I was using the wrong credentials, sorry to waste time. You can mark this topic resolved now, thank you.
