I dont have an internet Pc, can I play it without Steam?
If you pledge now, you will get access to launcher you can download from warhorse www. This launcher will download all neccessary files to run the game and after that you can play. Every update is distributed in very same way.
Steam is used only by kickstarter pledgers.
So basically you need internet but only to get updates and send surveys or bug reports.
You can get the game here but as @RailBalco mentioned, it is via launcher so you will need internet connection to download the game or to update the beta.

I dont think so. Nowadays it isnt usually that easy as it was 10 years ago…
Yes you can. But it is still a early beta so expect even serious bugs. It would be ideal to join online again once new update is released.
