I’m guessing it might be a North American Playstation Store code I’ve gotten by mistake instead of a European Playstation Store code (I’m Swedish), but I don’t know.
Same problem here. My code does not work. Czech republic. Hope it will be solved soon. Already contaced support via email.
Don’t think this is the case, as I have both american and european accounts, but the code didn’t work with neither of them.

Still no email reply from Warhorse, but I’m sure they have a lot going on right now so close to release. As long as it’s resolved by Tuesday, I’m cool - though it would be nice to be able to preload the game.
I’m having the same problem. Contacted support about it yesterday, but no response yet. I’d like to start downloading as soon as possible. My internet is very slow and based on the preload size it’ll take at least a week to finish.
Where do you even find the key? I cannot locate mine to even try if it is valid.
backer rewards section. You have to login, and there you’ll find your key.
That is the first place I looked, but I don’t see it. I go to my profile, all it says Baron, your platform: PS4, and I looked at all related paves and checked everything - no code!
I guess I’ll contact support tomorrow.
I don’t have that Game code section under “PS4” line.
I emailed support, hopefully they respond tomorrow.
I am unable to download on Ps4 as well since my code is not valid. I emailed support, really hope they get this resolved quickly…
Same here. I’m approaching 24 hours with no official response so I’m guessing nothing will be done until tomorrow. Hopefully it’s something as simple as the code just being time-locked. Been looking forward to this game for years.
I am fairly certain that the code is only time locked and will likely work on February 13th, I looked at the PS Store on my computer to redeem it and it showed the actual package of the game, but then said it could not be redeemed at the time, to try again later. The devs mentioned that the codes will work on Feb 13th, so I guess that is the time when to try it

I hope for this. But some people in my country already playing on ps4. Some forum says… I am from Czech Republic.
15:20 here in germany and still not able to redeem the code in the PS shop. pretty anoying to be not able to predownload 80Gb in worst case (55 game, 25 patch, 55GB in best case if the patch is included).
backed it 2014 and half of the freakin’ world is already able to play it because they just bought the bluray.
