Hey, having the same error with my ps4 baron digital key as well. Where is support located? Forums are a little difficult to navigate through on mobile

I also have this issue and just sent an Email to support. Would be nice to pre-load the game before the release…

My key didn’t work either, just emailed their support, hope they respond soon, although I understand it is a Sunday.
Snap, sent the e-mail, awaiting a response. As long as I can play on any console or PC on release day, I’ll be happy

It seems that this message appears only on PS4 System. In PS Store on web it is displayed as valid key but it is not possible to redeem it. There is this message: The prepaid card could not be redeemed. Please try again later.
