My game bugged out, I really could use help

Dear gamers, I am loving the game but now I have a big problem. I am doing the hunting mission with Hans. (What a dick btw). I was enjoying the mission, I killed the Cumans who captured him. Then I have to untie him with E, (PC) but when I press it it doesn 't do anything. Hans will still be tied up and nothing happens. I spammed the button even changed my action button from E to 8 to test if it maybe was a glitch with E. But that didn’t work. I tried pluggin in a controller and that doesn’t work either. You guys probalby think why I won t restart the mission. Thats the biggest problem I deleted all save files. Accept from the one at the beginning of the mission. I did the mission half again but it didn’t work either. And I can t leave Hans if I do I am game over. So I can t play the game anymore.

Please help me fellow gamers!!

not sure what to do. i was on horseback and i rushed in and attacked the Cuman before Hans was even bound up.

Okay, still thanks for responding . I am going to try to attack before he s locked up.

I found 2 maybe the third is glitched.

Buy a horse before the hunt?
So back up a bit get one then only deal with the cumans after the horse back chase scene as capon will be out light a light from a fall onto a rock after his horse is killed.

I strongly recommend that you report your problem to support@kingdomcomerpg.com and attach the bugged savegame file. It’s the best place to ask for help.
