Need Help Getting Mutt

I had mods installed while playing the Woman’s Lot DLC. I uninstalled some of them when I switched back to Henry.

Now Mutt is not at the Mill and I cannot find him. Is there a way to spawn him using console commands?

I already tried removing all mods and waiting, and then going back to the mill. He still isn’t there.

I’m on this too. I dont see a dog and dont have the speak option with theresa. I use a couple of mods too.
