ok so i completed the quest hare hunt both ways and have 2 saves. how do i get master huntsman nicholas to become master huntsman in my town?. … so when i take over master huntsman he just walks away after i get him to sign the paper and i never see him again. i dont know where he walks off to after that. if i kill hannikin hare he remains master huntsman and the option to ask him to join my town goes away. im stuck on this and dont know what to do.
dose any1 know where he goes to after you take over for master huntsman.
Seems you can’t. one way he is a fugitive( Divish wants him arrested) and another too cushy a job to leave.
Yeah I can’t figure this out. I’ve done it both ways. Once I make him a fugitive the option to talk to him to come back to my town disappears. Like I said once he walks away I have no idea where it goes after that. I feel like I’m supposed to find out where it goes and then try to ask him. … if I don’t become Master Huntsman the option to ask him to come back to my town once hair Hunt is over goes away.

And i think you need too finish the misson that he lose his job befor you can ask him like on zach and otto so long you not finished this mission they not join ! But ive you go too divish and finish the misson he already is walking away and you need too find him befor he leavse or even get killed by bandits like the one guy that was following him hase encountert
There are no options for it should you not take the questline for him? Like say you set Hare Hunt/Wolf in Sheeps clothing pass up and continue the story could you go back to Nicolas and then recruit him?
I almost feel like the option of hiring Nicholas is false and just hear-say. I don’t think anyone as been able to bring him into Pribyslavitz

im gunna have to agree with you there, i dont think its really ment to happen. if it is then i think its bugged or broken. i have not even seen a video on it. if it was possible someone would made a video on it i would assume
Do you think you could help Nicholas stay Huntsman, then recruit him opening up the availability of Talmberg Huntsman for yourself? I was silly and became Huntsman right before starting Pribyslavitz so I cant test much as Hare ran off and Nicholas is a fugitive
Or can you incriminate Nicholas, become Huntsman and offer the job to Hare?

The dialogue you get fits, Divish says he cant work here but his name is now clear…why not pick up at Pribyslavitz? Kinda wished I’d waited now lol
I was the one who followed him after he signs the incriminating letter. I also did all the outcomes. There are no dialogue options with Nicholas or Hare. I was even hoping for Black Lukesh, since he is a poacher, but no.

My thoughts are:
- If you become master huntsman of Talmberg and then bailiff of Pribyslavitz or vica versa, you yourself can practically fulfill the duties of a huntsman of Pribyslavitz.
- If you refuse Divish, even he needs to find a huntsman of his own, which has higher priority than a Pribyslavitz huntsman.
- In case you complete the quest in Nicholas’s favor, he still has no more reason to move than before the quest.
All in all we still don’t have a huntsman
Well, good thing I became huntsman than huh. now I can hunt pretty much the entire northern hemisphere of the map without being bothered

damn man nice work, i also did the quest both ways, and nothing ever happens with the dialog. i really think its bugged or broken. i cant picture wh doing all that just to fuck with us or for no reason at all.
It probably needs worked on. Someone reported the total build only costing like 100-150k out of like 250k is what they’d heard it was going to cost? And there is in game dialogue hinting and more expansion? i feel like you’re supposed to play this throughout the game once you do Baptism as opposed to having done everything and then trying to do it…people are saying theyre having problems hiring Matthew and Fritz and then there is this, where depending on the option you should have your choice of Hare or Nicholas to be a huntsman…either bugged out or no one has done it right
I think there are a lot of things that were chopped off or broken , left behind due to other things dropped in late development and not removed. Like the masquerade mission, alchemy book saying grind antlers, Samopesh without the beta missions. shield skill, crossbows, polearm skill still in coding
