So in 2016 I won a copy of the KC digital edition through a twitter giveaway, played all the way till the end of the beta, and thoroughly enjoyed myself despite it not being complete at that time. After awhile, I uninstalled the game hoping to pick it up once it released proper as it was taking up too much space on my hard drive and I had grown tired of reporting bugs and waiting for the patches.
However, now I can’t seem to log in to my KC account. When I try to reset my password, the username is accepted but I don’t receive a confirmation email. When I try to create a new account, it says the same username is taken but the email i once used to register is accepted. Also, my forum account seems to have disappeared, along with all the posts I made.
TL;DR
I can’t seem to access my account and while my username seems to be taken my email i used to sign up the last time seems to be free to sign up with.
Is there someone I can talk to to recover my account? I can provide proof in the form of the twitter convo and the email from Christian the community manager.
