So basically, i pre-ordered kingdom come deliverance about 1 year ago, not sure how long. But the problem is that my pc broke and i pre-ordered the game for pc. I wanted to try and change my pre-order to a ps4 version by emailing the general info mail adress. No reply, even after 2 mails. Next what i did was try and login back into my community account wich i used to pre-order the game with. It happened to be deleted and i had to make this new account. So now here i am, wondering if i could change my pre order to a ps4 version. I still have my payment receipts from paypal.

Sorry, the emails are piling up right now, we get a lot of requests. Unfortunately the change to a different version isn´t possible anymore till the end of last year, because we already did the orders for the console version at Deep Silver.

So you are basically saying that i will be having a version of this game wich i paid 50 dollars for and i can’t even play it? Also my account where the pre-order has been bought on is no longer there. My product doesn’t even excist anymore. But still my 50 dollars are gone.
There was an early e-Mail notification to choose Version before deadline.
I am a little bit confused but you are not the only one who didn’t respond, I read something like your problem a few times here in this forum.
KS does it the same way, i guess it is in engagement from the buyer to answer such requests… Do you use an old mail-adress or is there an special reason to miss this request?

This case is a bit different. Ownerhunt pledged for a Digital Edition (PC), a pledge that never had an console equivalent. We as Warhorse Studios don´t distribute the Console Version at all. The only exception are the Kickstarter Tiers, like Baron, Knight, Emperor, Soldier, and so on. Everyone from this list who have a Kickstarter tier, got an email from us in November to please make the choice for the platform.
The other pledges had the Platform in their name, it was clear from the beginning for what platform the pledge was made. We don´t have any Console versions on Stock.

I hope Ownerhunt will find an solution for his situation. The frustration about that is comprehensible but it can’t be changed. Maybe he still have a friend who wants a pc version to trade.
