I completed the quest up until the point where Piouse drops the vial of blood on the chapel floor. I didn’t kill him and I was supposed to follow him. After the cutscene where he drops the blood vial, he just disappeared. I tried to follow him guessing where he went. I ended up outside the monestary walls but he was nowhere to be found. I found my horse and all my gear I stored in the horse before becoming a novice. My quest log still shows the needle in a haystack active with the points to kill him and to follow him still active. Even though I am not in the monestary anymore I am still getting the updates to Goto mass and report for work in the monestary. My question is …
Is the quest line bugged at this point and should I just load a save file prior to the blood dropping cutscene or can I still maintain my current status and move forward in the quest somehow?
