New character stuck bug after talking to npc?

Might be similar to the NPC stuck bug. I got this one after talking to the blacksmith by the fence here. Tried time skip 6 hours but still stuck. Restart needed as far as I know.

I stuck one time only, also at the market place, but without taking to NPC :smile:

I could turnaround (and jump) but not walk away…
