Had that floating type of experience after getting forcibly dismounted

Absolutely no mods to use. This bug occurred during the very beginning of the quest “Hunting is open” during the cinematic having already completed the game multiple times I left the PC, 50min after I see this bug …

Hopefully it is not a re-occurring bug, as handy as flying would seem. 
Can’t you shoot a bow whilst flying? 
Never had it
For archery while being in the air, it’s impossible. Then to have the bug it seems to me that you must have a high speed: for that privileged the speed of your horse. Then the skills of your character must be almost increased to the max especially the vitality and therefore the speed of it at the same time. Finally repair your shoes to increase all the more speed. Once all this is done: get on your horse galloping as fast as possible get off of it without stopping to gallop and normally your character should have the same problem. If not, try again in another environment or in almost the same configuration of skills …
