Just want to know that as well. I thought 22 MB = must be a performance FIX.
NOPE NOTHING !!!
CANT PLAY since Beta (high end system -> 11 FPS in game.)

I have 25-30 fps on ultra settings at i7-7700, asus 1080 ti, 16 Gb Ram
Same here 25-30, with a sub-min i5 2400, and near recommended MSI GTX970. If you routinely get less than 11 with a ‘good’ machine something is wrong with the definition of good, or your machine config.
So, I guess I will be the one to answer the question, then… it was an update to the Visual C Redistributable 2015 folder. All files in it were updated/added. I don’t remember if they were even there from before. If you have yet to update, check if those are already there, and post here if they are ADDED or just UPDATED. You’re welcome, and thank you.

I will end the speculations
We have updated Visual Redistributable, it’s needed for starting the game, but most likely everyone already has it.
So this is not an update to the game but we needed to do it for some internal stuff.
