Hans will not go to the baths and progress the quest.
After talking with him to start the quest I waited until the evening to meet him at the baths(10-11 to be safe), but Hans never arrives.
I checked and he does seem to be stuck in his room in the castle. I tried waiting until the designated time, fast traveling to the millers house, arriving within the evening interval. Nothing seems to work.
I looked around here and on other sites and people were experiencing this issue, but no one provided a solution or work around.
Has anyone figured out a work around? Even a way to just complete the quest? I’ve played too much to restart.
