I started an new game and there is no “first aid 1” … skill First aid 2 + 3 are there… but i can not learn the first one 
Where are you? I think that you get the first one after you got healed.
You will learn it automatically after leaving the Skalitz.
That will unlock First Aid II + III which you will be able to take after that.
To be more precise, you learn the skill once Cpt. Robard heals your leg.
Did not know this. only that it was gone and wondered what happened.
crappy way of doing it and notifying it. Prefer the old way.

no. It has not. When I first played the game about March there was a first aid 1. I have restarted this game due to various reasons many times & have seen this many times until about patch 1.5
Are you sure? I’ve just checked 1.43 and there is no First Aid I.
Just realise you wrote “about”. If it was true before, then it was a bug.
I saw it in 2 restarts at least and used it then was gone. 1.3.5- 1.4?
