It would be difficult to fight in formation in a first-person game. This is why the team focused on fencing and dueling techniques for smaller battles and skirmishes. We WILL have larger battles as we’ve seen in many trailers, and even if these are just cutscenes, I think it’ll be fine!
Also, the testudo was a Roman formation, and this game takes place during the Holy Roman Empire, i.e., the First German Reich, and not the Roman Empire of antiquity.
