Of course it is an argument. And a very good one, at that. Not only is it valid, it has an awfully large number of existent examples that could be pointed to. There’s no cosmic rule that says “If a visor may be opened, other reasons for removing a helmet be hereby and henceforth negated.”.
I mean seriously, just because you, personally, don’t want to hear an argument, that doesn’t make it imaginary. That’s just childish, and you don’t get to call rules like this is grade school.
