I’m PS4 Earl tier… but I don’t see anything to redeem in my profile - even though they sent out an email saying all of this should now be showing on our profiles. Just the digital goodies like the poster and such. No Steam link button or PS4 key or tracking for my physical package.
I have not received any shipping info either. Starting to worry now. I did get my Steam key though.
Sent an email yesterday and really hoping they don’t disappoint by not replying before release time here in the US. Please help @DrFusselpulli
same here on pc, i tried 2 times to contact them but nothing…
Here too. Got a tracking number but no key / Steam link.
on steam someone said: tired a week after release they are going to have less message… i backed this game 4 years ago and cant play on release day? fair enough…
Now I have a tracking number but no PS4 Key
my tracking number shows up now… just about the same time as I got the package…
Physical edition XBONE Earl here. No tracking number or any codes on my profile. Not even the pre-order bonus code. Please help @WH_JiriRydl @DrFusselpulli ANYONE AT ALL… Please!
There are no codes for physical consoles, the game and pre-order bonus already on the disc.
As an Earl, I should have both. 1 license, but a digital and physical version. It says it in the tier description. Physical and digital version of the game. Since my physical rewards still aren’t here yet, and I have no tracking I would really appreciate the code I am supposed to get.
Unfortunately it is a misunderstanding: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1294225970/kingdom-come-deliverance/posts/730980
I have the same situation, but I expect it’ll come eventually with customs and everything that comes with foreign shipping adding to the delay. Some have reported getting tracking information after delivery. A pain as it is, i will have faith in the company.
I fail to see what I’m not understanding. I am an EARL backer:
On Baron and Earl tiers you will get both digital and physical copy, however, it’s just one license (e.g. the same Steam key). So you can play either one, but you cannot for example sell the box and keep the digital copy. Obviously, both physical and digital license have to be on the same platform.
From Duke tier upwards you receive additional digital copy, meaning extra digital license. The physical and ‘first’ digital copy again have to be for the same platform, but the extra license can be for a different one.
To sum it up:
•Soldier: Win/Mac/Linux, 1 license, digital OR physical
•Knight: Win/Mac/Linux, 1 license, digital OR physical
•Baron: Win/Mac/Linux/Xbox/PS4, 1 license, digital AND physical
•Earl: Win/Mac/Linux/Xbox/PS4, 1 license, digital AND physical
•Duke: Win/Mac/Linux/Xbox/PS4, 2 licenses, digital AND physical
•… all higher tiers are like Duke in this respect
According to the page you directed me to, I should have a digital code on my profile, and a physical disc on the way. I understand 100% that I do not have 2 copies of the game. But at this moment, I don’t even have 1. This is 100% unacceptable. I wanted to play the game last night, when I had some alone time, and if I’d had the code that I am due, then I might have been able to. Two full days after release, and I have nothing!
Can somebody just manually send me my code, please?
I can see you asked for Xbox, in that you have to wait for the box, there will be no code as for Steam version. I am not sure, why you dont have it, we have to check with DHL.
First of all, I want you to know that I do appreciate you answering me. It is actually giving me some relief. So thank you for that.
Secondly, though, I’m not talking about Steam or PC. I’m talking about an XBOX Digital Code. I just want to be able to start downloading the game on my XBOX. I understand that once I enter the XBOX Digital Code that I will not be able to use the disc, and I’m okay with that. I just want to be able to play the game that I’ve been waiting 4 years for. This is the very first thing I ever backed on Kickstarter, and I kept the faith until yesterday. I’m finding it very hard to justify that faith now though.
