I wish there are more NPC’s roaming the world. It seems a little dead when ringing your horse to different places.

what peasant in his right mind would want to travel or use a road ? The only ones out are either starving to death or blinded by greed or profit. The menehune’s, gnomes, the little people clean up the country side too much. More bodies need to stay out, rot and decay, it’s war. If anything there should be houses where someone has starved to death because they are so afraid to go out.
For the moment, it would be nice if the travelling NPC Wayfarers were randomised a bit…it gets a little tiring to see the same guy endlessly plodding up and down the same length of road.
