A few hours into hardcore play through when i realised i didnt have any perk points to spend. Im Hebalist l14, and 5/6 for lots of others. Never happened before on a playthrough. Dont want to start again. Any help?
A bit more info would be nice like, such as what platform you are playing for a start. If PC are you using any mods? If the answer is yes then delete them as they are breaking your game.
If you go to the player tab there should be stars next to all the skills you can put perks into.

You were right. One of the mods. Not sure which but got rid of them.
